In the last month Nayib Hassan has taken three separate DUI cases to trial. In two of the three cases, Mr Hassan has successfully had the State Attorney drop the charges entirely. On the third case, prior to the jury walking in to the courtroom on the day of trial, the State dropped the charges to a Reckless Driving case based upon the argument that Mr. Hassan presented to the prosecutor. All three clients had charges either dropped entirely or reduced in their favor without having their license invalidated or suspended.
